Friendly and attentive staff made us feel welcome.

I was highly disappointed with our room assignment. We had specifically requested side-by-side rooms, but upon arrival, the receptionist said it couldn't be accommodated. It was frustrating to be so far apart during our stay, as we had reserved rooms together well in advance.

Salem's food scene is wild! I hit up The Lobster Shanty for some fresh seafood, and oh man, it was a treat! Plus, the cozy lobby at the Hampton Inn was always a nice spot to chill after a day of snacking and wandering. Can't forget the free breakfast. it kept me fueled for more culinary exploration!

Only hiccup, housekeeping was on request, so I was lugging trash out every day. A heads-up would’ve been nice, especially after two days without fresh towels. Just a little tweak and it would have shone brighter!

Perfect for those wanting a cozy stay

The rooms were beautiful and comfortable which made the long days so much better. The check-in experience was smooth and the staff were incredibly friendly, even went out of their way to help me with my bracelet that I could not put back on at night.

It wasn't exactly cheap but with the comfort and service, I can't complain.
